We always look for pragmatic solutions to hard problems - the simpler the better. We analyze what’s out there to make our own judgment. We are unlikely to trust something just because it has been done a hundred times somewhere else. We always ask “why?”

We are not in the business of following a set path or pattern. We respectfully disrespect traditions. It’s our way of challenging the status quo. We don’t believe in incrementalism. We work hard to figure out a new way of doing things.
